n order to provide fair evaluation of the submitted research proposals, CCR will make all submissions blinded before forwarding them to the competition judges. The scoring system (shown below) will be used by the judges to evaluate and rank the submitted proposals. It consists of five sections and each section is awarded 2 points. Finally, CCR will tally total score and rank the proposals.
